Total your minutes at the end of the week.
You need at least 225 minutes per week.
Logs are turned in using the drop box in the last lesson of the unit.
Being physically active means, your heart rate will increase and you will utilize muscles. This could be brisk walking, hiking, biking, trampoline play, sports, workouts, running, lifting weights, yoga, cleaning your house, hauling wood, cleaning stalls, raking leaves, mowing your lawn, agility training, horseback riding, or other physical activities you enjoy.
